FDM 3D PRINTING

FDM 3D printing is one of the fastest 3D printing methods. FDM stands for Fused Deposition Modeling. It quickly lays down layers of plastic to make your model. The parts can be strong, temperature resistant and look great! FDM 3D printing uses a strand of plastic, called filament, that is created using regular plastic pellets. It costs about $25 per kilogram (2.2lbs) of plastic.
Versatile Post processing
FDM 3D prints can be smoothed using acetone which leaves a shiny surface with no artifacts from printing like layer lines. They can also be sanded and easily painted. We charge an extra $10 for acetone smoothing, and we can also do painting, which we charge for on a project to project basis.
